I still have the problem of call waiting, so if it rings non stop, I'm on the other line. The only exception is when your the 3rd person, you may get a busy signal

The reason I'm telling this is so everyone understands why I'm not always here. Please try calling again. I have found it is better for everyone if I do NOT take messages on the phone. Now we have Melissa who will answer the phone weekly Monday thru Friday (10am thru 5pm) and when I am gone she can take orders and ship parts for me. She relays messages to me when needed.

Please ALWAYS call. Because of high phone call volumes at times I can not always get everyone called back in a timely manner.

I have owned several businesses over the years, which I sold because of health problems, but only with one did I deal with the public. I have to say that working with all of you, the owners of Odysseys, Pilots, Drackart's and other odyssey type buggies, is a real pleasure comparatively.

ONLY few people in this group have tried to put the screws to me with money or product, unfortunately a several more this year than ever before. I imagine it is because of the bad economy.

I would say that MOST of you are like myself and have a conscience and would never intentionally try to take advantage me or of anyone else. I have even had SEVERAL of you let me know of double shipments of parts to them, and even added parts that I did not charged them for in a order and they sent those parts back. Any retailer will tell you that it doesn't happen to anyone else like that AND I WANT TO THANK YOU EVEN MORE FOR THAT.

I have also made my own mistakes and a few more than I would like to see here lately, I apologize for those and like yourselves I will go out of my way to do what is right and then some.

The last 4 months have been hell, HONESTLY IT COULDN'T HAVE GOT ANY WORSE. I was sick with infections starting back just after Thanks Giving and from that point until now have been rough. As I was getting better my son was diagnosed with the same type of idiopathic cardiopothy that took out my old heart to the point I needed the transplant. On top of all that he has a bad valve. So by the time we got all that settled in place and everyone feeling better I took off for the 2 weeks to see my new grand son (I do not regret doing this) along with my first granddaughter. But when I returned my dad got sick as soon as we get back, with me still feeling not so hot, NOW my DAD goes in for a battery change in his pacemaker (they actually change the whole thing) I would try to keep it short: dad was in such good health. When my mom called out to the shop to tell my dad that it was time to get cleaned up to go, dad was pulling the hydraulic bed off a truck & changing a engine out of a older wheat Truck. My dad was in great health and no time limits on how long he would live. He could out work me any day. But it only toke one Doc, who was an ass who held himself above the rest, especially when it comes to women. That man caused his kidneys, liver and pancreas to all shut down and dad was on deaths door steps after only 2 nights under this doc care over a weekend. Now we have shut off the defibulater, most the medications and what knot so we can keep him comfortable. We burried dad almost five weeks later. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I would to thank you for your thoughts and prayers for my son in law and very good friend Josh. Josh has served one tour in Kuwait and two in Iraq now. He has lost several friends and he had served his first tour in Iraq beside Jake as a scout when he was killed. He's a very big hero in our books.

Josh's plans for flying a helicopter for the army has been put on hold now and he will be returning to Iraq for his 3rd tour there once more. He ships out this June. Josh is a very smart guy and I know that he can do anything he puts his mind too and while in Iraq that will be keeping himself and others around him alive.

I'm sure he would still appreciate your thoughts and prayers for him and all the others serving for our country.
