I now accept Master Card and Visa over the phone, or you can still use PayPal.
Match the prices on the left to the Digatron part # below. E.G.T = Exhaust C.H.T = Water C.H.T/C.H.T = Water & Exhaust TACH =Tachometer
A Wiseco piston will burn a hole in the top in 2 min. after the exhaust temp hits and or exceeds 1335 degrees. If you have a EGT you can set a limit at 1250 degees and when you it that number it will start flashing to warn you to back off or shut it down. If you mount the unit on top of your steering wheel you will find that the Digatron EGT will catch your attention so that you can back off. You also use the EGT to dial your jetting in. Jetting your carb properly will keep you from burning pistons out. What you do is dial your main jet to 1100/1150 degrees and the same with your jet needle (needle in the slide). With these two jets dialed in properly and you should be able to ride all day with out any problems. If your EGT does start to flash then you back off, finish your ride and then go to camp and trouble shoot your fuel delivery system like a partially clogged fuel filter, weak fuel pump, bypass tee working in properly and so on. Also check for leaky gaskets, seal or a crack in your rubber intake boot. Hi, I can't say enough about the Digatron Gauges. When we were flat track racing we had one or another odyssey was losing its top end for various reasons about every other weekend. We raced from 4 to 6 odysseys on our own. The temps would go from 105 degrees in the day time when we ran our practice laps to maybe as low as 70 degrees by the time we ran our feature sometimes as late as midnight. So needless to say jetting got tricky at times. I started running a Digatron to watch the exhaust temp. and to help with setting the jetting on my own odyssey and soon realized that it was going to become a necessity to put one on all of them! I've been told that a Wiseco piston melts down at approx. 1325 degrees. I know its somewhere in there because I've hit that temp a couple of times and it went over for only a few seconds on one other occasion. That time I shut the ignition off and pushed the throttle all the way down so to flood the cyln. with cold fuel. I saved myself some major damage but still ended up with low compression from the piston top sagging in backward making a divit. I was lucky it didn't burn a hole through the piston, if it had it would have blown shrapnel from the piston top all over the bottom end and possibly would have ruined the bearings and seals. I ended up only having to change out the piston, rings and rejet. I was back out there in the feature race. My son also had this happen only once to him and he the same made the feature on the night it happened to him. Digatrons are sealed units from the weather and run on batteries. They don't seem to eat batteries either. The Digatron is also tough and reliable. The cables unplug from the unit making it easy to remove it when necessary.
